Cash Store is excited to announce we have updated our customer portal to a new platform, Pocket360 (P360) that provides account-specific information and could mean new offers just for you! Can’t make it into the store to make your payment? The new customer portal, Pocket360, still allows you to make online payments quickly and securely from the comfort of your home.

How the P360 Works 

P360 will allow you to access important loan information, documents and tools directly from your computer or mobile device. All you have to do is create your login, change your password, confirm your account information, and you are all set!  

Customer Portal Features 

Through P360, you will be able to access your account information quickly and easily through a highly secure and easy-to-use site. You will be able to: 

  • Make payments. 
  • Review your payment history and loan schedule. 
  • Refinance your current loan.* 
  • Take out a new loan and receive funds in as little as 30 minuntes.*

*Only available to eligible customers. 

What This Means for You 

As a loyal Cash Store customer, P360 will give you access to your loan whenever you need it from any computer or mobile device. If needed, you will be able to refinance your loan to lower your payments from your laptop or smartphone. If you’re eligible for a cash out refinance, you can get funds sent directly to your debit card without ever needing to go into a store. If you have recently paid off a loan with us, you can now apply for a new loan 100% online. You could even be eligible for exciting new offers!
